Fred manages the design and construction of individual projects, and shares responsibility for architectural and construction practice with other Chait & Company staff. He joined the architecture and general contracting firm Chait, Fenton & Gesundheit (C2G) in 2003. During the past twelve years and presently, Fred prepares architectural design and construction documents, coordinates the work of design and engineering consultants, manages construction phase efforts and supervises construction for a variety of commercial projects in California and Nevada.
